Spring Has Sprung!

There is absolutely no way I am going to write for an entire year and not write about spring. I’ve covered every other season, so here’s my take on the current one. As you know, I only love summer. This may be controversial and close minded, so in the interest of making myself a better person, I am opening up to the notion that I can love spring too. Nothing says spring like bunnies for Easter, and tulips sprouting up from newly mulched flower beds. Who doesn’t love bunnies and tulips? But despite all of the seemingly wonderful things about spring, I guess my hang up is that is just not warm enough. It can look warm and sunny, but some of those spring days can be downright cold. And don’t even get me started about a springtime snow storm- yuck! But this year I am going to dig a little deeper into spring and think about it like many of you: as a time of rebirth.
